KST MANUFACTURING C.C specializes in dress belts and related accessories. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our site are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations can occur. colours of products in photos are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays the exact colour of the actual product. The actual belt colour or details may vary slightly due to differences in devices or lighting. Dimensions and materials are given as approximate and for reference; small deviations might occur in manufacturing.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) by default (unless otherwise stated) and include any applicable taxes (such as VAT) as required by law. Product prices do not include shipping charges, which are added at checkout (see Shipping and Delivery below for more details). We reserve the right to change the pricing of any product at any time. If we notice an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you with the correct information. You will have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order for that item. If we cannot reach you, or if we do not receive a response, we may treat the order as cancelled for the mispriced item and issue a refund for any amount you have paid for it.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We make every effort to display current stock status but cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock at the time you order. We reserve the right to cancel any order (in whole or in part) if a product becomes unavailable or if there was an error in the listing. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment received for the unavailable item. No additional compensation will be due for such cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, once an order is in fulfilment or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible (other than processing a return, if applicable – see Returns and Refunds section).

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by KST Manufacturing c.c. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer if needed (for example, if we suspect resale or wholesale distribution without authorization). If such limits apply, we will notify you using the contact information you provided.

Pricing and Billing: The total cost of your order will include the price of the product(s) plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

If you have any issues or questions regarding payment (for example, you were charged incorrectly or encounter a payment error), please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with a product you purchased from KST Manufacturing c.c., please read the policy below to determine if you are eligible for a return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items: We carefully inspect all our dress belts before shipping, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a return or replacement. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return for defects. After 14 days from delivery, we will assume the product arrived in good condition, and any issues will be handled at our discretion (e.g. potential warranty service if applicable but not guaranteed). For approved defective returns, we will offer you, at our option:

• Replacement or Exchange: We can send you a replacement unit of the same product (if available) once we receive the returned defective item.

• Full Refund: If a replacement is not available or if you prefer a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item (and original shipping fee, if the entire order is returned due to the defect). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Conditions: When returning a defective or incorrect item, please include all original packaging, accessories, and any materials that came with the belt (e.g., belt box or pouch, tags, etc.). The item should be in as-received condition (aside from the reported defect). We reserve the right to inspect the returned product to verify the defect. If we determine the product is not defective or the issue is due to misuse, we may deny the return or offer a partial refund only. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered by this returns policy.

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): At this time, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or seller error. This means that if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, we may not be able to offer a return.
